Great design begins with a great space. Whether starting from scratch or modifying an existing framework, this is where many projects begin. Below are examples of some projects we completed. While we are not architects, we often collaborate in concept and design to bring you the best possible Designs!

BEFORE:

This space in an old loft building was a railroad layout dated office.
AFTER:

We redesigned the space into this sprawling open concept 2 bedroom, 2 bath, den, residential loft apartment!
BEFORE:

Originally a large unfinished space that had been offices. The owner come to us with these architects' plans. They lacked style and function, there were not even windows in living rooms, & only 1 bathroom in each apartment.
AFTER:
​
We created this new design concept making much better use of the space. Now, they have open lofty spaces with great kitchens, some dens, 2 baths, dens, & more. We even added a large separate office. The customer chose our designs, & it is now built and beautiful!
BEFORE:

This was a very old and dated rental apartment with an odd choppy layout.
AFTER:
​
We made some layout modifications coupled with a complete gut renovation that totally transformed the space & doubled the rent as well!
