We fully appointed this small apartment as a short term rental.  Simple furnishings with pops of color to appeal to a broad consumer range.

We furnished the open space with khaki tones, large abstract rug grounds the space, Curio cabinets showcase the homeowners collectables.  It all flows beautufuly.  

West Village, NY - Open Studio 

By New York standards this is a large L shaped studio.  Is serves as a living & dining room, bedroom, and office.  We created the living area with scaled down furniture to keep an open feeling.
