This was a dated 1990's kitchen where we refaced the cabinets, replaced counters with this dramatic quartz, painted, changed floor grout color and it's transformed into the 21st century.
Downtown Jersey City, NJ - Earthy Blend
This was a total apartment rehab. In the kitchen we selected gray shaker cabinets, stone look floor, modern tile splash with distressed tile, we widened openings and pass through to open up the skinny small space.
Central Park West, NY - Meets Tuscany
This client wanted a country home in the city, so we created this European oasis with copper farmhouse sink & splash inserts, stone walls, coursed concrete counters, Italian appliances, slate floor, arched doorways, glass shelves in window for a greenhouse vibe. Fabulous.
Passaic, NJ - Numerous Kitchens
We designed 4 new construction loft apartments in this old office building. Here are some of the kitchens. We chose a medium wood finish and black for practicality, since these will be rentals. With high ceilings we staggered upper cabinet heights for interest.
Downtown Jersey City, NJ - Open Concept
This is a condo we totally renovated. It had a huge living room & the kitchen was in a separate room, very old. We get the idea to create this new kitchen space in part of the living area and turn the old kitchen into a bedroom. Here is the result.
Jersey City, NJ - Modern Update
This was an entire apartment remodel. In this galley kitchen we chose sleek lacquer gray cabinets with Calacatta quartz counters, recessed lights, wood look laminate floors throughout, textured slim design splash. It is sleek and practical.
Passiac, NJ - Industrial Loft
This is an open concept loft with exposed pipes and very raw vibe. The kitchen space is just one wall. We chose tall dark wood cabinets to contrast the stark white room. Staggered height upper cabinets are interest and a simple white subway tile splash blends in. We chose extra long handles to continue the industrial look.
Wilton Manors, FL - Reface
Newer construction condo townhome, all the units are plain contemporary cabinets & look alike. The client wanted a warmer more transitional look, so we refaced the cabinets in warmer tones with raised panel design doors, added glass inserts with distressed glass & textured wallpaper splash, new lighting & appliances finish the transformation.
Downtown Jersey City, NJ -
This space was originally the common laundry room in a brownstone rental building. We renovated & expanded this apartment, taking some common space, & the result was going from a story studio loft to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with this open kitchen. It is compact but packs a lot of storage space.
Pompano Beach, FL - Rehab
This was a rundown flip, purchased to remodel & sell on a tight budget. The kitchen walls were covered in an ugly pink marble that would be costly to remove. We refaced the cabinet doors, added molding trim & painted the rest to match. We covered the walls with a glue on paneling, replaced the counters with white quartz, laminate flooring, & new appliances. We opted for natural stone splash on the low wall for a wowfactor.
