This is a West Village, NY studio with an alcove less than 8' x 8'.  We designed the entire back wall to incorporate 2 nightstands, draws, cabinets, headboard, and built-in lighting.  The bed is queen sized.  Additionally, we designed sliding glass doors frosted for privacy.

The result is a complete bedroom with ample space & storage.

There are 3 different bathrooms where we built custom shelving over the toilet.  This is perfect way to achieve storage in a small bathroom & also easy access towels & toiletries, & even some fun accents as well.

Can work with any style with varying colors & trim materials.

This is actually a walk-in closet off the dining room of a Fort Lauderdale, FL townhome.  We removed the door & reconfigured the opening, added readymade cabinetry planned to our configuration.  We custom built a cabinet with wine cooler & stone top, which is actually in a low alcove under the staircase landing.

The result is an open feeling wine bar, library, & pantry, which is now an extension of the home with all the storage needed.

This is a Central Park West apartment that had unsightly radiators along a long-windowed wall that encompasses the living & dining rooms.   We designed a simple bench that runs all the way across about 25' length.  We concealed the radiators with subtle vents and created open storage cubbies in all open areas below.

We finished all to match the woodwork.  It fades into the room.  The result is like a full wall of window box with fun pillows & seating.

This was a built-in that we designed many years ago however still relevant.  In this den, there was a full wall that needed to accommodate a television, storage, a bar, book & display cases.  Rather than having multiple items of furniture, we created all in one.

This design is more traditional.  It can be done in any style with different doors & finishes.

This was a living room with windows on both full walls & not much wall space.  the corner of the room had a 45-degree angled wall.  We designed this open built-in bookcase into the angle.  We added crown moldings all over & incorporated them into the bookcase.

It adds drama to the room & actually takes very little space.
