Great design begins with a great space.  Whether starting from scratch or modifying an existing framework, this is where many projects begin.  Below are examples of some projects we completed.  While we are not architects, we often collaborate in concept and design to bring you the best possible results!

This space in an old loft building is a railroad dated office.

We redesigned the space into this sprawling opun concept residential loft apartment!

This was originally a large unfinished shell. The owner come to us with these plans. They lacked style and function and there were not even windows in living rooms and only 1 bathroom in each apartment.

AFTER:

We created this new design concept making much better use of the space.  This is the design that the owner chose and it is now built and beautiful!

This was a very old and dated rental apartment with an odd layout.

We made some layout modifications coupled with a complete gut renovation that totally tranformed the space and doubled the rent as well!
